Through funding from Comcast, Fairhaven High School’s BD-TV (Blue Devils) was started in 1999-2000 under Jo-Anne Charette. Almost from the beginning, a “live” morning show replaced the intercom announcements.  Called “Good Morning FHS,” the show can be seen on Channel 9 in school and through-out the Town for Comcast viewers.  Produced by students enrolled in Fairhaven High School's media program, each morning the program includes the latest in sports, clubs, and school news.  In the spring of 2009, high school students started “Fairhaven Weekly,” a variety show which features both school and district information. Students also film sports and concerts which can be seen on Channel 9, along with a bulletin board that runs 24/7.
